By using LuxMeter you accept these terms. They are written in plain language, and the date above changes when anything material does.

What LuxMeter is

A PPFD and DLI light meter for indoor growers. It reads your phone's ambient-light sensor, converts lux to PPFD using the spectrum of the grow lights you choose, calculates DLI and keeps your readings.

Measurements are estimates

A reading is an estimate from a phone sensor and a spectral model. Its accuracy depends on your phone, how you hold it and how well it is calibrated. LuxMeter is not a certified PAR meter; do not rely on it where a certified instrument is required.

No warranty

LuxMeter is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. We do not promise any crop yield, quality or other result from using its readings and, as far as the law allows, we are not liable for decisions you make based on them.

Free of charge

LuxMeter is free. It has no in-app purchases and no paid features.

Your data is yours

You own everything you enter. You can export your readings as CSV or PDF and delete your account in the app at any time.

Acceptable use

Do not reverse-engineer, scrape or try to break the security of the app or its servers, and do not use it to harm others. Accounts that do may be suspended or closed.
